Are Your Estimates Free?
We provide free telephone consultations for your home improvement project. We only ask that you be honest with us about your budget and timeline so we can be sure we are a good fit before we come out to your property.
Do You Build Small Projects?
Of course! We do have a minimum service, though. If you were to hire our company for any interior or exterior service – you can expect to invest a minimum of $8k.
Do You Build Structural Remodels?
Absolutely! We have a talented team that will build home additions and structural remodels
Do You Perform Insurance Claim Work?
Yes, Joe is actually very skilled in working with insurance companies and we can pretty much build anything so we are a great fit for insurance and restoration projects
What is the Process if We Meet With You?
If we meet with you at your property, we will discuss what you want to build. Then we perform a visual inspection of the proposed work areas. Next, we review the project and answer any questions you may have, sharing sample photos, discussing budgets. Then we prepare a quote and review it with you in detail alongside proposed payment terms and financing options
If I Hire You, What Happens Next?
We do a final walk through, sign your agreement, and schedule a start date!
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes! We are one of the few home improvement contractors that offer financing options.
Do You Have Any Discounts or Specials?
We do, periodically, offer discounts and we ALWAYS have specials….just ask us when we come out what our current deals are!
